LEXINGTON, S.C. — Ivey Palmer PR has earned the prestigious Best in Show honor at the Mercury Awards, marking a major milestone for the firm in its first year of operation.

The award-winning campaign, developed for the agency’s inaugural client, represents a rare achievement in the communications industry: securing the highest honor from a professional association with a first-ever submission.

Based on available records and institutional knowledge from current leadership within the organization, Ivey Palmer PR is believed to be the first Black-owned agency to receive the Best in Show distinction in the associations nearly 60-year history.
