OPEN ROLES

Communications Coordinator

• Assist with content creation, social media management, and client communications
• Draft media materials including press releases, captions, and outreach emails
• Support campaign coordination, research, and administrative communications tasks
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills required

Graphic Designer

• Design branded graphics and marketing materials for digital and print platforms
• Create social media graphics, presentations, flyers, and campaign assets
• Collaborate with the team to develop visually compelling brand storytelling content
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Media Production Specialist (Photography & Videography)

• Capture professional photo and video content for clients, campaigns, and events
• Edit short-form video and visual content for social media and marketing use
• Assist with content planning, shot lists, and creative storytelling execution
• Experience with photography, videography, lighting, and editing software required
