Client Profile
A Christian preparatory school serving early childhood families, with a focus on academic excellence, faith-based education, and enrollment growth.
The Challenge
The school needed to increase enrollment and awareness for upcoming academic terms while maintaining professional and consistent communications with both current and prospective families. There was a need for clear promotion of open houses, enrollment incentives, and job opportunities, with limited internal capacity to manage ongoing marketing and communications.
Our Approach
We developed enrollment-focused messaging that balanced academic excellence, faith, and a strong sense of community. Our strategy supported both parent-facing and prospect-facing communications, prioritizing clarity, warmth, and trust. Digital platforms were leveraged to drive registrations, inquiries, and engagement.
How We Served the Client
We supported open house and enrollment campaigns through targeted messaging, social media captions, and graphic copy. Our team provided Facebook ad copy and campaign support, developed landing page and registration form content, and drafted parent communications and reminders. We also created promotional messaging for job vacancies to support staffing needs.
